HOW TO GET A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP.
1. Have a warm bath with bath salts.
2. Dry off, then oil massage arms, legs, face and neck
3. Use quality SESAME OIL for massage
4. Massage in long strokes for skin to absorb Sesame Oil
This helps quieten the body and mind quieten down. It nourishes the skin, improves circulation and reduces tension in the mind.
Best to do a couple of times per week, or when needed!

SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE PHONE ONCE PER WEEK
Give yourself a break from constantly glancing, or swiping the mobile phone. This becomes quite addictive and people are finding it difficult not to be glancing at the phone every few minutes.
Being on a mobile phone increases anxiety that may lead to depression as the mobile phone become a defacto ‘admirer’ either with Likes, Clicks, Emails or being distracted by a news story.
Stay focused and be selective when you use the mobile phone for your own health.

HEALTHY EATING
Eat fresh nuts, drink plenty of water and get an early night.
Worries and mental imbalance can be the result of aggravated Vata dosha (Check Ayurveda lifestyle tips).
To calm the mind, eat easy-to-digest, nourishing meals and use spices such as black pepper, cumin and coriander to open the channels of the brain.
In addition walnuts, almonds and coconut milk are especially supportive for the mind.
